MIC DROP
America's Got Talent, but for the Fortnite generation: Fortnite's first-ever real-time music competition.
OVERVIEW
Mic Drop was Fortnite's first-ever real-time music competition: players listened to community-submitted tracks in-game, voted weekly, and advanced top artists through a bracket-style tournament.
For me, it was a defining live-ops project that combined design, production, and analytics experimentation, including a custom vote-tracking method in Fortnite and a full weekly release pipeline from submissions to finals.
